Biography

William was born in 1854. He was the son of Dionysius Wolfe and Mary Carter. [1]

In 1870, William was the oldest of 8 children living with his parents in Taylor Township, Scott County, Virginia, The Post Office serving their home was located in Duncan's MIll.

William married Mary Elizabeth Powers in... They had ? children.
