Franklin was born in 1847 Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and a son of Samuel Wolford and Catharina Daub. He passed away in 1932 and buried in the Old Goshenhoppen Lutheran Reformed Church Cemetery in Woxall, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. [1]
