Margriet Wood was baptized on 28 January 1683 in the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, New York, recorded as the child of Jan Wood and Anna Hackleton.[1]
Her parents are also known as John Wood and Anna Herklington.
She married her husband Pieter van Leuven on June 30, 1700 in Kingston, New York.[2]
They appear to have resided in Kingston, where several children were baptized. In 1721 she and Pieter were baptism witnesses in Kingston for Wilhelm, son of Jan Woed junior, who probably was her brother.
