"Father" Wood, age 86 years, was from Indiana. He was a soldier in the War with Mexico. His funeral was held at Morris Chapel 31 Mar 1908. (by W.M. Capp, Minister. The Browning Leader-Record, issue 2 April 1908, Browning MO. Also, correct name from NE MO.)
