Biography

John Wood was born in the Swan River Colony (1828-1832)

John William Wood the son of William James Wood and Mary Ann Bailey, born on 16 Oct 1832, was baptised on 4 Jan 1833 at Fremantle, Western Australia.[1]

In 1857 he married Jane Knight at Ararat, Colony of Victoria.[2] They had twelve children.

John passed away in 1922 at Ballarat, Victoria.[3]
