Aldana was the daughter of Benjamin Wood and Susanna Whitmore.[1] She married Henry Freeman..[2]
Together, she and her husband were hotel proprietors. They appear in the History of Placer and Nevada Counties, California (bio on page 895, photo on page 896).[3]

Indexed in 1850 census as Hanah E. Wood, although the image clearly says Aldanah. Indexed in 1860 census as Albana Wood. Indexed at in 1920 census as Aldand Freeman.
