Mary (Wood) Allsop was a Latter Day Saint pioneer.

Biography

Mary Ellen was born in 1836[1]. She was the daughter of Charles Woods and Alice Pearson.

At age 18, she embarked on the ship Marshfield and departed Liverpool on 08 Apr 1854. The ship arrived in New Orleans on 29 May 1854.[2] She arrived in the Salt Lake Valley in 1854.[3]

She married John Ira Allsop, 12 Sep 1854. Together they had 11 children.

She passed away in 1911 and is buried in Richmond City Cemetery, Richmond, Utah.[4][5].
