Biography

Cecil Bernard Rhodes was born in 1892 at Cooma New South Wales, the son of Edgar Wood and Fanny Rhodes. Cecil died at Windsor NSW in 1975 aged 87 years old. Married in 1916 to Frances Emma FERGUSON at Tenterfield in far north NSW. He was also a teacher like his father and three of his brothers.
