Amey Wood, daughter of William Wood and Amey Clarke, was apparently born in Rhode Island in about 1721.[1]
In Rhode Island, Amy married, 29 Jan 1756, William Barker, son of James and Elizabeth Barker of Dartmouth.[2] William and Amy had four known children: John, born 9 Mar 1758,[3]Caleb, born 6 Apr 1760,[4]William, born 23 Oct 1761,[5] and Amy, born 13 Dec 1763.[6]
