Catharine 'Kate' Woodard was born in October 1869[1] She married James Marcus "Jim" Carver on January 31, 1884, in Graham, North Carolina; she was 14 years old[2] and they had eight children before their union ended between 1900 and 1907, when he remarried. She is last enumerated on May 6, 1910, see below.[3]
