Raymond "Woody" Woodard, 91, of Lubbock, formerly of Seminole, died Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Cottage Village in Lubbock. He was born in Roscoe and was a member of South Seminole Baptist Church. He is a U.S. Army veteran. He was awarded the World War II victory ribbon, a good conduct medal and one Bronze Service Star. He formerly worked for Texaco and operated Pruett's Texaco in Seminole from 1969 to 1997.
