Biography

Agnes was born about 1670 (estimated husband born 1667) some say 1682 (no documentation) also unknown where she was born. She passed away after the death of her husband who died in 1728.

CAUTION: Find A grave says born 1682 but there is no grave just information added without documentation --- needs documentation!! Unknown where this date comes from. ^[1]

There is no Agnes Woodburn that was either baptized or born 1682 or that would even fit on Scotlands People that has indexes for all the old Parish records of Scotland.

Some pedigrees also say her father is William but no documentation. I have tried to find out where this may of come from. Suspect that is an error possibly from the only record I found -- a burial in England for an Agnes Woodburn 11 Oct 1732 Colton, Lancashire, England and Father is William Woodburn. There are multiple trees on ancestry that keep sharing this unproven fact.

• Unfortunately so far I have been unable to find any good documentation for her. She is found in publications but with no real documentation there either. Her parents are unproven and probably unknown.
