Research Notes
Birth
No reliable record or Margaret's birth of Baptism has been located. Her burial record suggests she was born about 1745.[1] This would make her about 21 when her first child was born and 42 when her last child was born.
There is a user created tree on FamilySearch that suggests she was born in Wokingham, Berkshire. This appears to assume she was born in the same place as her children.
Other researchers have suggested she was born at Staines, Middlesex,[4] where she married.
There is a user created tree on FamilySearch that suggests Margaret's parents were James and Ann Wooden. No primary source has been located to support this.
