Alice was born in 1887. She was the daughter of Uriah Woodham and Sarah Woodham. In 1900, the family was living in Ewell's, Dale, Alabama.[1]
Alice never married. She passed away in 1958, and was buried in the Sylvan Grove Methodist Church cemetery in Dale County, Alabama.[2]
