Lottie was born in 1889. She is the daughter of Thomas Woodham and Nellie Enfinger. In 1900, she was living with her siblings and widowed mother in Echo, Dale County, Alabama.[1]
Lottie married Henry Jacob Parmer.
She passed away in 1915. Burial was in the Mount Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery, Echo, Dale County, Alabama.[2]
