Biography of Ruth Ellen Woodle Fagan Howells Burke
Ruth Ellen Woodle was born on 2 Aug 1909 [1] in Portage, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, USA. [2] Her parents were Charles E Woodle and Kathryn Harpster. [3]
She was married to Newton Bernard Fagan on January 29, 1927 in Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. [4] She and Newton had the following children: Newton and Ruth had the following children:
- Donald Alvin Fagan (1927-2010) [5]
- Jack Junior Fagan (1929-2008) [6]
- Robert Lewis Fagan (1931-2002) [7]
- Jean Catherine Fagan Teeters (1933-2007) [8]
Ruth's husband Newton passed away on 13 February 1970 at the age of 62 in Huntingdon, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. [9]
Ruth married a second time to Howard Howells on January 5, 1974 in Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. [10] Her third marriage was to Cletus Burke in July of 1982, in Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. [11]
On 2 Aug 1999 Ruth celebrated her 90th birthday. [12] On 2 Aug 2004, she celebrated her 95th birthday. [13]
On 29 September 2008 Ruth passed away in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. She is buried in Huntingdon Memorial Gardens in McConnellstown, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, USA. [14]
