Biography

father born in Ohio, mother born in Virginia. Married Effie Jones. Frank Woodring Dies: Sexton at Cemetery Frank Woodring, 85, Gaston, died yesterday morning at Ball Hospital. He was a retired farmer and was sexton of the Thompson Cemetery for thirty years. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Snider of Chicago, and Mrs. Mary Nickey of Gaston; a son, Ralph, of Gaston, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock Friday morning at the Kimmel Mortuary by the Rev. Leo McKinley. Burial will be in the Thompson Cemetery.
