Biography

Albert was born about 1905 in Connecticut to Albert and Elizabeth (Ford) Woodruff. In 1910, he and his parents and sister were living with his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Ford/Lord, in Waterbury, New Haven, Connecticut.^[1] By 1920, the family had their own home and grandma was living with them. They were still in Waterbury.^[2]

Albert married Della Grenier. By 1940, they were living in their own home in Waterbury, which included their four children, and Della's mother, Jennie Grener (aka Grenier).^[3]
