Anne Woods was born in Shankill, County Dublin, Ireland in 1783. Her Roman Catholic baptism appears on 24th October 1783, in Kingstown parish, County Dublin. Catholic baptisms in Ireland were rarely more than two or three days after birth, giving a likely birth date of October 1783. She was the third of eight children born to John Woods and Judith (Magee) Woods.
She was age 25 when she married Patrick Byrne in Kingstown parish, County Dublin, Ireland in 1809. He was age 23. They had seven children together.
No date of death appears for Anne (Woods) Byrne. She probably passed away before the introduction of civil death registrations in Ireland in 1864. Her husband Patrick Byrne passed away a widower, age 78 in Rathdown Union Hospital, Loughlinstown, County Dublin, Ireland in 1864.
Her burial is unknown.
