Biography

James Woods, the son of Anne and William Woods, was born on 1 or 12 June 1827 in Walton on the Hill in Lancashire. He was baptised on 12 June 1827 in at St. Mary's, Walton on the Hill, Lancashire.^[1][2]

He married Elizabeth Abbey on 23 April 1848 at the parish of Liverpool Saint Peter in the county of Lancaster.^[3] They had at least one child.^[4]

James Woods died in 1916 in Durdidwarrah, aged 90.^[5]
