Martha (Woods) Wallace is a part of US Black heritage.
Martha was born in 1873. She was the daughter of Willis Wood and his first wife Mary. In 1880 she was living with her parents and siblings in Harris County, Texas.[1]
Martha married Henry Wallace in Harris County in 1897.[2] In 1900 Martha and Henry were living in Harris County with two small children.[3]
She passed away in 1951 in Houston, Texas. According to her death certificate she was buried in Amos Cemetery.[4]
