Biography

Eleanor was born abt. 1700. Eleanor married William Blackfan on 31 March 1721[1] Eleanor died before 17 Oct 1771. This is the date when her will was probated.[2]

Several family trees give Joseph Wood and Sarah Driver as the parents of Elinor. There is an immigration record of Quakers who came to Philadelphia. Joseph, his wife Sarah and children Ellen and Sarah are in this record. Arrived from Ireland.

Wood-24991 and Woods-5521 should be merged as they are the same person. The last name of Wood is correct. Both names Eleanor/Elinor are given in various records. William and Elinor had children Crispin, Rebeckah and Elizabeth as well as 3 others I have not listed. Thanks.
