Notes from external profile

Hi Brian, based on the obit for Wm Hightower [1891-1945}, IF the Mary E Riddle w/o W T Riddle is indeed Wm's mother, she is buried in Ready Cemetery, Toney, Madison, AL [1862-1950]. She is next to W T Riddle [1953-1943] who is next to his first wife Nancy A[merica]Cason Riddle [1854-1913]. I think the death date for Nancy A is wrong. She does not show up in the Alabama Death Index, might have died in 1903. Grover Hightower [28 Sep 1893 - 15 Dec 1969] is also there along with other members of the Riddle family. I did see a couple postings of relatives for William Thomas Riddle and Nancy America Carson. These postings did not have the second wife, Mary E. nor Eva/EviaEvvie..

  • A burial fact had no date. Changed its date to be after the death date.
  • A fact of type 'Mrs.' had no date but shared a ref with a 'Residence' fact with the date '14 May 1921'. So the fact with no date had its date set to that.
  • There is more than one birth fact. They have different dates and locations. Using birth date of 4 August 1862 and location of Maury, Tennessee, USA.

Notes

IF Grover Hightower was a brother to Wm Hightower and Eva Riddle, he should have been listed in the obit. Perhaps Mary's death certificate will prove who she really is.
