Comments: He was born in Auburn, N.Y. on October 2, 1841. His childhood was spent here. In 1867 came to Caseville, MI. In 1874 he was in th State House of Representatives and served 2 terms. In 1885 we was elected Prosecuting Attorney for 2 years.[12]
