He married 8 Sep 1790, Mary, daughter of Samuel and Sarah (Barnes) Chute. She was born 24 Dec 1770 in Granville Township, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia and may have died 7 Oct 1851 in Bayham, Ontario.
Eleazar paid a poll tax of 1 shilling in Cornwallis, Kings County in 1791. Elezar [sic] paid a poll tax of 1 shilling 9 pence in Cornwallis, Kings County in 1795.
On 22 Apr 1843, Eleazar Woodworth of Cornwallis wrote his Last Will and Testament mentioning his wife, Mary, sons Charles, Richard, Ezekiel, Edward and William; daughters, Charlotte, Olive, Unity, Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah Ann
On 8 Sep 1851, Andrew Chute, farmer, 60, Olivia Chute, 54, Mary Woodworth, 80, Vilenia [sic] McConnell, 28, Sarah Ann Chute, 36, Eliza Chute, 7 and Zacharia Chute, 10 months, traveled from Hillsborough, NS to Boston aboard the schooner Verile.
Eleazer died 5 Jul 1844, Berwick, NS.

In 1891, Mary J. was living in Berwick, age 80, with her son and daughter-in-law, Edmund and Mary. In 1901, she was living in Somerset, age 93, with Edmund and Mary.
Sarah Ann, b. 4 Aug 1813, m. 2 Oct 1834 in Clementsport, Annapolis Co., David Chute, to Boston with brother-in-law Andrew Chute in 1851.
Charles, b. 25 Dec 1815, m. 14 Oct 1840 in Berwick, Eunice Dodge, res. Berwick, Kings Co. in 1881.
