Emeline Woolley Corlies was born 9 May 1808 in Shrewsbury, Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA and died 29 Aug 1882 (aged 74) in Oceanport, Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA. She is buried at First Presbyterian Churchyard, Shrewsbury, Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA.

Mrs. Emeline Corlies, the mother of Mr. W. T. Corlies, died at Oceanport last evening at seven o'clock, from paralysis of the heart. Mrs. Corlies was the mother of six children, all of whom are still alive. She was 76 years of age.

The funeral will take place at Oceanport on Saturday. In consequence of her death, the clothing store of Mr. Corlies, on Broad street, will remain closed for several days.
