The Will bearing date 30 January 1858 of Thomas Woolley formerly of Sydney in the Colony of New South Wales afterwards of 41 Chester-terrace Regent’s Park in the County of Middlesex and late of the “Victoria” Hotel St. Leonard’s-on-Sea in the County of Sussex Esquire deceased who died 18 February 1858 at St. Leonard’s-on-Sea aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oaths of George Boyle Woolley of 127 Wood-street Cheapside in the City of London Merchant the Brother and John Alger of 16 Oakley-square in the said County of Middlesex Esquire the Executors. Probate of the said Will being granted under certain Limitations.
