Cornet in Cavalry Queen's Rangers.
Within a year, Benjamin Woolsey married Hannah Dickinson, widow of Nathaniel; the newlyweds returned to New England, settling in Bridgeport, Connecticut. There the couple had three children; but nothing more is said of Nathaniel's daughter. If Amelia died after her mother's remarriage, then Nathaniel Dickinson left no descendants to remember his loyal service to the crown.

@Dickinson-3993 is this not B. M. Woolsey's profile?
There were sizeable land holdings held between the pair in New Brunswick, Hannah having possessed the lots granted to /acquired by Nathaniel. These included Woolsey's wharehouse and siding which could indicate an involvement in merchant marine undertakings (the family is known for its New York business undertakings). It is an interesting family history that unfortunately suffers from the prejudices of the national revisions, tho the brothers may have seen themselves as 'neutrals'
