Hepzebah "Hepsiba" Woolsey was born October 18, 1784 in VA - Washington/Smyth County. US census 1850 Her parents were Zephania Woolsey and Sarah Woolsey.
She married Enos Williams May 24, 1808 in TN - Greene County. Marriage Record He was born 1786 in Virginia, and died in Tennessee - Greene County. FAG
They had three known children :
- Samuel S. Williams, 1818–1880
- Nehemiah Woolsey Williams 1820–1870
- Margaret Williams 1826
