Angeline M. Worden passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 at the age of 93. Angeline was born in Topeka, KS on April 23, 1921 to Henry and Nellie (Martin) Shelly. The family moved to Selah, WA where she graduated from Selah High School. After her marriage to Vane Worden, they moved to Yakima.

Angeline was a member of The Salvation Army for 77 years. She was the Home League Treasure until she was unable to attend any more because of her health. She loved the Lord and brought up her family with Christian values.

She is preceded in death by her sisters Irene Emerson, Sarah Lucier, her husband Vane Worden and son Douglas Worden. She is survived by her son Stanley Worden, daughter-in-law Juanita Lindsley, and grandsons David Worden and Brian Worden and 4 great-grandchildren.

Memorials, in lieu of flowers may be made to The Salvation Army, Yakima, P.O. Box 2782 Yakima WA 98907.
