On 3 June 1854 she left London, England,[citation needed] and arrived in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, on 27 November.[2]
In 1881, she was residing with her husband and children in the Nanaimo district.[3]
She died on 1 Aug 1882 and was buried in Pioneer Cemetery Park in Nanaimo.[4]
