Bond for penal sum £410 to secure a surrender made same date by Mary Worrall, L.B., widow, John How of L.B., distiller and Elizabeth his wife, John Ellingham junior of Stanbridge, L.B. yeoman and Susanna his wife, Mary Worrall junior of L.B., spinster, Richard Atkins of Eaton Bray, baker and Sarah his wife, to the use of Summers Skikelthorp of L.B. ironmonger, and on his death to the use of Mary and Elizabeth Skikelthorp and his daughters. The surrender was made in consideration of £205, and was of 34 acres in the open fields of Leighton Buzzard (full schedule) ... Shenley Hill Field 13 acres ... Middle Field 9 acres 2 roods ...
