Thomas Wathen was born on 31 October 1667 (recorded as 31: 8 m: 1667) in Salisbury, Essex, (then) Massachustts Bay Colony, the son of Ezekiel and Hannah (Martyn) Wathen.[1]
He married Hannah Annis of Newbury after intentions were published in Amesbury on 11 May 1700.[2] She was born 15 November 1679 at Newbury, the daughter of Charles and Sarah (Chase) Annis.[3]
Thomas died on 19 June 1702 in Amesbury.[4] Hannah married, secondly, Ephraim Weed on 19 July 1704 at Amesbury.[5]
He was named in his father's will (dated 5 May 1715 and proved 6 August 1716) as deceased, and his daughters Judith & Dorothy were made a bequest of 50s each to be paid when they reached age 18.[6]
