Biography

Frederick, known as Fred throughout his life, was born January 24, 1872^[1] in Arkansas, United States. He was the son of J F Wray and Matilda (Steell) Wray.^[2]

In 1880, eight year old Fred lived in White River, Prairie, Arkansas, United States with his father John (shown as Fletcher, age 30), mother Matilda (age 25), and siblings William (age 6), Benny (age 4), and Mattie (shown as Matty, age 2).^[2]

Frederick (shown as F F) married Addie Dixon December 17, 1893 in Prairie County, Arkansas, United States^[3] and they had at least one child^[4] (see Notes).

In 1900, Fred (age 28) and Addie (age 24) lived in White River, Prairie, Arkansas, United States with their daughter Tillie M (age 5).^[4]

In 1910, Fred (age 37) and Addie (age 33) lived in White River, Prairie, Arkansas, United States with their daughter Tillie M (shown as Tellie, age 15).^[5]

In 1930, Fred (age 58) and Addie (age 54) lived in White River, Prairie, Arkansas, United States.^[6]

In 1940, Fred (age 68) and Addie (age 64) lived in White River, Prairie, Arkansas, United States.^[7]

Frederick died August 23, 1963 and was buried in the Lakeside Cemetery in Des Arc, Prairie, Arkansas, United States beneath a stone shared with his wife.^[1]
