Biography

Emily was born about 1861 in County Donegal, Ireland. She was the daughter of William Wray and Catherine McCurdy. [1]

She was living in Cookstown.[2]

She passed away in 1941.[3] [4]

  1. Estimate birth year based on age 80 at death 1941. The 1901 census gives her as born in County Donegal, although not with the correct age. In any case it's likely she was born between 1859 (parents marriage) and 1864 (civil registration begins).

Will Extract - Wray Emily Holmes of "Gleninagh" Molesworth Road and of "Carnone" Chapel Street both Cookstown county Tyrone spinster died 18 January 1941 at latter place Probate Belfast 13 October to Charles A.
