He was white, married to Jessie Richards Wrenn, retired, born 5 Oct 1856 in Norfolk, and the son of Aurelius and Martha Holmes Wrenn.
The informant of his death was his wife Mrs C O Wrenn of Norfolk.
He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery in Nofolk on august 23rd.

Wrenn-Dogan.
The parsonage of the Seventh Baptist Church, of Baltimore, was the scene last Saturday afternoon of a wedding ceremony, which united in wedlock, Mrs. Charles O. Wrenn, Jr., and Miss Blanche E. Dogan, both of Norfolk.
Mr. Wrenn is a son of Mrs. and Mrs. C. O. Wrenn, Colonial Avenue, and one of the most popular and successful young business men of the city. The bride is the beautiful and accomplished young daughter of Rev. and Mrs. R. J. Dogan, and formerly lived in this city, when her father was pastor of the Jefferson Street Baptist Church. The wedding ceremony was performed by Rev. C. H. Pinchbeck, D. D., in the presence of a few intimate friends including the two sisters of the bride,, Mrs. Estelle Sutter and Mrs. Helen Montague. The wedding party arrived in Norfolk Tuesday where Mr. and Mrs. Wrenn will make there [sic] future home.
