Biography

Silas was born in 1742. Silas Wright ... [1] Silas Wright came to Stoddard, Cheshire, NH from Westford, Middlesex, MA sometime between the birth of Samuel in 1741 and Mary in 1744. The first grist mill was built by Silas Wright, afterwards know own as Major Wright, in what was called Mill Village. Wright built mills finished in Aug 1771, the first in town [2]
