In the 1860 record, only Moses, Joanna, and Lucinda Jane in the home. Estimates on birth years the same.
Moses was in the CSA in the Civil War, with a record of enlisting in 1864, serving with the 38th Virginia Infantry, Company H. The FamilySearch record does not give precise date he joined. In 1864 the major battles were in May and June at Drewry's Bluff, Cold Harbor, and Petersburg.
Moses survived the war, and would marry Phoebe Terry(b. about 1832) on December 10, 1866, in Alleghany. Moses' parents shown to be John and Catherine Wright, Phoebe's to be Joseph and Mahaly Terry. Phoebe was widowed, previous marriage to (unknown) Arritt. Marriage record indicates Moses was widowed as well.
