Funeral is Held Here Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Alice Franklin were held from the Roy D. Short company Memorial chapel Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. E. L. Latham officiating, assisted by Rev. F. E. Roney. Music was furnished by Mrs. Nellie Barnes, Mrs. Mary Bince, and Mrs. Jess H. Seitz, with Nelson E. Kern as accompanist. Pall bearers were Vertis Wagner, Ernest Strothers, Paul Williams, William Templeton, Price Franklin, and Lendel Boshears. Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
