Biography
Rosevelt "Rose " Wright was born on 18 Jul 1901 in Logan County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of James B. and Nancy Wright. Rose passed away in Pulaski County, Arkansas on 15 May 1987 and was buried in the Ellsworth Cemetery, Subiaco, Arkansas.[1]
1910 Census: Rosey Wright is living with her parents, James B, (53) and Nancy (52) Wright, in the Ellsworth Township area of Logan County, Arkansas. The record notes that Rosey is 8 years old and that she was born in Arkansas, Also residing in the home are Rosey's siblings Rass W. (22), Winford (19), Hattie (16(, and Hobart (15).[2]
7 Feb 1917: Miss Rosa Wright and Ed Lee are married in Franklin County, Arkansas. The record shows that Rosa was 18 years old and a resident of Shola Creek, Logan County, Arkansas.[3][4]
