The History of Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire has the following information:
Dr. Ebenezer WRight, born Nov 2, 1761; died March 16, 1829. He married Nov 22, 1790 Betsey (Nichols) widow of James Bates. She married (third) Phillips Sweetser of Marlborough who died Sept 6, 1834. She died in Fitzwilliam Feb 10, 1846 age 82. Dr. Wright settled on L16 R6 about the time of his marriage and lived there till 1811. He had four children. A brief sketch of his life: see pp 429-430) 
Ebenezer died in 1829 and is buried in Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire.
