Moses Wright was born on April 6, 1774 in Templeton, Worcester County, Massachusetts. His parents were Ebenezer Wright and Lucy Barrett. ^{[1] [2]}

He married Hannah Parker in 1799 in Westford, Massachusetts. ^{[3] [4]}
