In 1865, a marriage bond was taken out in Kings County, New Brunswick between Edmund W. Keirstead and Charlotte Wright (co-signed by Elias Flaglor of Saint John County). 
Charlotte Wright and Edmund W. Keirstead were married by Elias Keirstead, Baptist Minister, on 30 December 1866.
Charlotte and Edmund had six (6) children together (William B., Keturah J., Henry J., George N., and twins, Ella Jane & Talmadge Walton).
Some months after the twins' birth, Charlotte died, and was buried in Collina Baptist Church Cemetery.
