Biography
William Wright was the eldest child of Edward and Isabella.
He was christened in Kirklinton on December 30 1849. [1]
In 1851 William was in Westlinton with his parents. [2]
In 1861 William was with his grandmother Lillie Armstrong in Kirkandrews-on-Esk. [3]
William married Margaret Little on 11 June 1870 in Upperby. [4]
In 1871 William and Margaret were in Upperby with their son John.
In 1881 William was staying with his parents and younger siblings in Dalston. He was married and a gamekeeper like his father. [5]
In 1891 William and his wife Margaret were in Alston with their five children. [6]
