Biography

Francis Wyatt was the third son of Richard Wyatt and Margaret Sheers.

He married Timothye Burrell on 1 November 1620 at St Mary Magdalene, Old Fish Street, City of London, London, England.^[1]

Francis Wyatt died 1 December 1634 at Puttenham, Surrey, England.

He was buried on 4 December 1634 at St John the Baptist Churchyard, Puttenham, Guildford Borough, Surrey, England.^[2][3]
In Puttenham Church there is an enscribed brass:
HERE LYETH BVRIED Y [archaic abbreviation for “the”] BODY OF FRANCIS WYATT GENT WHO MARRIED TIMOTHIE BURRELL DAVGHTER OF NINIAN BYRRELL OF COCKFIELD IN Y COUNTY OF SUSSEX ESQ: BY WHOM HE HAD ISSVE TWO SONNS RICHARD AND FRANCIS: HE DEPARTED THIS LIFE Y FIRST DAY OF DECEMBER A DNI 1634 EXPECTING A GLORIOVS & HAPPIE RESVRRECTION AT Y COMING OF CHRIST.
