Rebecca (Wyche) Dupree was a Virginia colonist.

Rebecca was born in 1744. She passed away in 1807.

The DAR record referenced below shows John's wife as Rebecca Jordan, but later researchers have found that she was Rebecca Wyche. The Rev. James WIlliam (Bill) Dupree entered the Sons of the American Revolution using John's record of service (National No. 148611, GA Society No. 3022).

Rebecca's 'father' George Wyche's will lists Rebecca Wyche as his daughter as well as his son Peter Wyche. It also mentions Rebecca's married name as Dupree. The will is dated April 1781. This person's birth date is far too late to be on that will. Ancestry Sharing Link

It appears Rebecca Wyche Dupree is probably a cousin. She is the daughter of George and Sarah's son named George - the brother of their son Peter. So it seems Peter and Alice have a daughter named Rebecca (possibly as this daughter's full name is obscured other than an "Re". George and Sarah also have a daughter named Rebecca.
