VIRGINIA DEEDS, HALIFAX CO. 18 July 1763 - Richard Eckhols to Thomas Wynne, Obadiah Wynne and Mary Wynne, gift of 363 A. on S. side of Banister River - to Thomas Wynne, son of Col. Wm Wynne, and Mary Wynne his wife, and to his son Obadiah Wynne -- for love & affection Richard Eckhols bears his dau Mary, the wife of said Thomas Wynne and mother of said Obadiah.
