Biography
Robert was born in 1847.
He was born we think at Kilshannig in Mallow, County Cork Ireland in 1847 and apparently became a farmer, or more probably a farm worker. One of nine children he was married on the 23rd of May 1884 to a woman called Anne O’Gorman (1866-1935) from Dromana in Ireland and they emigrated to Australia sometime soon after.
He passed away in 1903 in East Melbourne
