Biography

Catherine was born in 1853 in Canada West (now Ontario), in the Province of Canada. She was the daughter of Elias Yager and Ann Jane Cox. Catherine married James Higgs in Ontario in 1870. She was a widow when she passed away at age 78, in 1931.
