Biography

Simon Yale, son of David Yale (abt.1540-1626) and his wife Frances Lloyd (abt.1553-1642) was named in his father's 1625 will, grouped with brothers John and Samuel.[1][2]

Thomas, George, John, Hugh, Richard, Simon, Samuel, David, Dorythy, Ellyn, Alice, Catheryn, Francis and the child carried by his daughter Frances, the various children of David and Frances (Lloyd) Yale, were named and left bequests in the 1607 will of their maternal grandfather John Lloyd.[3]

In addition, the inventory of David's house in Chester had a room designated as Mr. Simons chamber.[2]

No baptismal records has been located and the order is unknown. He was born before 1607.
